4/28 Silent Movie at Indianapolis Scottish Rite Cathedral. It starts at 3:00 p.m. The classic silent movie is “The Freshman,” starring Brother Harold Lloyd. You don’t have to be a member to come and watch this seldom-seen film in the most beautiful theater in town. The original musical score will be performed on the Scottish Rite Pipe Organ, and Harold Lloyd’s Granddaughter will be on hand with some reminiscences. The event starts at 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. There will be several stations around the room that you can visit at your own pace.  Stations include Blood Pressure Screening, Diabetes Awareness, CPR/AED Awareness, Home First Aid, Traumatic First Aid/Stop The Bleed, Smoking Cessation, Opioid Awareness, Medigap Insurance,  Compass Park, Allen County Cancer services, Hearing Aid, Park Place Senior living, retirement/estate planning, and Masonic membership.
